Medisco REGLORY HL 40 PLU is a non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid (HA) based dermal filler developed using proprietary high-concentration manufacturing technology. It has been specially formulated to address the limitations of traditional monophasic and biphasic fillers, which often lack elasticity and viscosity.

MAIN INGREDIENTS

• High Molecule HA 40mg/2.5ml - forms a moisture barrier, retains hydration, boost elasticity, reduces fine lines, keeps skin plump and smooth.
• Low Molecule HA 40mg/2.5ml - deeply hydrates inner skin layers, promotes regeneration, improves tone, smooths texture, enhances glow.
• Succinic Acid 40mg/2.5ml - strong antioxidant, boosts skin metabolism, improves oxygen production, brightens tone, fades pigmentation.
• Peptide (Copper Tripeptide-1) - stimulates collagen and elastin growth, supports repair, smooths fine lines, boosts firmness and youthfulness.

Treatment Interval 2 sessions with an interval of 1 month

TREATMENT PROTOCOL 

1. Thoroughly disinfect the treatment area before the procedure.
2. Appy the topical anaesthesia if necessary.
3. Insert needles into the syringe. (Needle size: 29 g / needle not included)
4. Inject the predetermined amount into the treatment area according to the physician's judgment.

Pre-Treatment Guidelines

1. Avoid using chemical peels or strong cosmetics products on the treatment area for a few days before the procedure.
2. Refrain from consuming alcohol at least 48 hours prior to treatment.
3. Prevent excessive heat exposure before the procedure, including tanning beds, saunas, and direct sunlight.

After-Treatment Care

1. Avoid direct sunlight and heat exposure for 4 days. Use SPF 50 sunscreen.
2. Refrain from vigorous exercise, saunas, swimming pools and crowed places for 7 days.
3. Do not use chemical peels or strong cosmetics products for a few days.
4. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours and makeup for 48 hours to prevent infection.
5. Maintain a strict hygiene: use disposable towels, clean makeup tools, and change bedding regularly.

Possible Side Effects

1. Mild swelling at the injection site.
2. Slight redness and minor injection marks.
3. Mild bruising due to the skin punctures.
4. Erythema, itching, or irritation.
5. Potential allergic reaction to the products used during the treatment.

Contradictions

1. Under 18 year old.
2. Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
3. Allergies to product ingredients or hyaluronic acid.
4. Skin infections (bacterial, fungal, viral), inflammation, or active herpes.
5. Severe acne requiring medical treatment.
6. Blood clotting disorders or use of anticoagulants.
7. High allergy susceptibly, skin allergies, or irritated / damage skin.
8. Connective tissue disease, hypertrophic scars, or keloid tendency.
9. Autoimmune disease, cancer, or ongoing chemotherapy / radiation therapy.
10. Use of immunosuppressive, corticosteroids (within 6-8 weeks), or retinoids (within 6 months).
11. Recent surgery (within 2 months) or cryotherapy (within 6 months).
12. Multiple moles, numerous telangiectasis, or psoriasis.
13. Severe mental disorder affecting treatment cooperation.
